Policy

Ultimate Hats Outlet provides a 30 day warranty on all products we sell.

We honor manufactures defects, wrong item, shipping problems, and other problems that you might encounter. Please contact us for a problem resolution by email prior to sending the item back. We will try to correct any problems and give you instruction on the return-replacement of the item.

All specially ordered women's dress hats or not returnable. We are sorry for this policy but we cannot return them to our supplier.

WE have added a new shipping policy. Before an Ultimate Hat is shipped we must have the inch measurements of the head. This policy change is to save you time and money. You are responsible for return shipping. If I recieve the proper measurements, you we not have any problems.

We do not provide warranty on shipping cost. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items sent back with a shipping charge will be refused. We will provide the buyer with an (RMA) Return Material Authorization number that must be HIGHLY visible on the package. Items returned without this RMA number will be refused.
